F.A.Q.

What are the opening times of the festival?

Thursday from 1pm til 3am, Friday 1pm til 6am, Saturday 11:30am til 6am and Sunday 11:30am until 2am.

Can I camp at the Ardentes?

Yes. A campsite near the festival site will be accessible from Wednesday 9 July at 5pm til Monday 14 July at 12pm.

Where can I eat and drink at the Ardentes?

The Ardentes festival is organised so that everything you need is right there.
The Street of Flavours situated between the two main stages consists of a multitude of stands offering a rich variety of foods of the world and quality snacks.
Food and/or drinks tickets will be available at different booths and can be purchased only with cash.
Different beverages, either alcoholic or soft will be available at the numerous bars.

Can I enter the site with food and drink?

You may bring a packed lunch to the Ardentes and also sealed plastic bottles of water.
However, it is forbidden to bring on site: alcoholic beverages, glass bottles or cans, pots and pans, cooking utensils, opaque bottles, cool boxes and other solid boxes.

Can I bring children?

The Ardentes is dedicated to the whole family. The festival is free to all children under the age of 12.
A supervised children's area will be available during the Sunday daytime.

Can I leave and re-enter the festival?

Yes, if you are wearing your bracelet, you may exit and enter the festival site whenever you like during opening hours (see schedule/line-up).

Can I bring my pet to the Ardentes?

No, animals are forbidden on the site (with the exception of guide dogs for the blind).

Can I draw out money on the site?

Yes, a cash point will be available on site at the stand of our partner Dexia.

Will there be access for disabled members of the public?

Yes, the entire Ardentes festival is designed for ease of accessibility for everyone: disabled, blind and deaf members of the public.
Easily accessible specified car parks, access ramps, WCs and practical amenities with stage views will be installed in collaboration with the Plain-Pied ASBL.

Can I bring a camera?

Yes. Only unaccredited professional audio-visual equipment is forbidden.

Can I park my car close to the site?

There will be several car park areas surrounding the festival. The Ardentes actively encourages car sharing. Please visit the forum to organise your journeys.

How do I get to the Ardentes using public transport?

Liege-Guillemins TGV railway station serves all major cities in Belgium. For information see www.b-rail.be. It also serves Paris, Cologne and Aachen via the Thalys. For information see www.thalys.com.
Free shuttles buses will be organised by the TEC throughout the duration of the festival until closing time. They will connect the city centre and Liege-Guillemins.
Line 1, which goes from Coronmeuse to Guillemins station (via the banks of the River Meuse, Saint-Lambert, Sauviniere and Avroy) is also free of charge for anyone with a festival entrance ticket.

Can I travel to the Ardentes by bike?

Yes, the Ardentes is situated by the RAVeL 1 East path (Namur – Maastricht). Space for parking is situated nearby.

How do I find out the schedule for groups and artists?

Artist schedules will be published on this site at the end of May and a programme will be distributed at the festival. This will also be available at the entrance to the Street of Flavours near the information point.

Who do I contact in case of problems?

Security guards and the Ardentes team will be recognisable by their t-shirts and there to help you. The Red Cross will also be present on site.
An information point will be located at the entrance to the Street of Flavours.
