Ardentes for Everyone

In collaboration with the Cabinet of the Minister of Health, Social Action and Equal Opportunities, Didier Donfut, the Ardentes festival is designed for ease of access for everyone: disabled, blind and deaf members of society.

Easily accessible specified car parks, access ramps, WCs and practical amenities with stage views will be installed in collaboration with the Plain-Pied ASBL.

Certain concerts will be translated into sign language in collaboration with the SISW (Wallonia Deaf Interpretation Service).

Schedules and practical information will be translated in collaboration with La Lumiere.

In collaboration with the ReadyToUse ASBL, Ardentesque will offer interviews and reports in sign language.

Green Ardentes

The Ardentes is a festival concerned with respect for the environment.

FostPlusThis year we are working in collaboration with FostPlus for the collection of rubbish: glass, cardboard, etc.

Around 60 people will be assigned to clean the site each morning, of course separating the rubbish they collect.

To make festival-goers aware of separation and environmental issues, the Ardentes will also increase on-site initiatives.

This year, a free drink will be offered to anyone who returns 50 empty plastic cups for recycling.

An information sheet will be available on the site to encourage festival-goers to separate the rubbish themselves in the several hundred designated bins around the festival site. 10 separation areas or "Eco zones" will be available on the festival site.

Bottle tops of drinks sold in our bars will be collected in collaboration with the «Débouchons pour les petits bouchons» ASBL. Bottle tops will then be recycled by a society in exchange for money, allowing the ASBL to finance projects aimed at handicapped children.
