Great news, Arno is back at the Ardentes after a completely sold out tour and a memorable appearance at the Caserne Fonck. The most Bruxellois Ostend native is back in Liège with his version of “Brussld”. “Brussld” is the 18th album that Arno has made under that name. It’s a concept album about his town and Belgium. That makes almost 20 records where Arno is territorial about Brussels in every sense so that he can cut to the very heart of the essence of life or “jus de box”, like the title of a previous opus symbolising his French-English bilingualism. Musical bilingualism rather than Brussels bilingualism. In a more simplistic way than the Flemish-Wallonian hand-to hand combat, Arno prefers to listen to Brussels in four parts; French-Flemish-English-Arabic, four languages that make up the soundtrack of his nocturnal wanderings. What if Arno was a chronic optimist, recharging his batteries from his own improbable fortune? In any case, he is knocking at the door again, just as firmly!
