Snoop Dogg is quite simply one of the most popular rappers on the planet. A genuine legend, he has added his inimitable flow to the most emblematic US hip-hop tracks of the last twenty years: from Dr. Dre classics to his new hit “Sweat” with David Guetta, via “Who Am I (What’s My Name)?”, “Drop It Like It’s Hot” and “Beautiful” with Pharell Williams, “Sexual Seduction”, “P.I.M.P” with 50 Cent, and his recent collaborations with Gorillaz. The canine rapper started out with a rare kind of nonchalance on the hip-hop scene at the beginning of the 90s with the album “Doggy Style” (first hip-hop record to get to number one in the USA) and quickly bit off everybody’s ears with his funk influences, heavy bass and very explicit lyrics.
