JEWELS (BE)

Jewels is a 26-year-old hip hop DJ. He’s been here a while, playing warm-up sets for big boys like Kaytranada, Hudson Mohawke and Post Malone in 2014. He then became a welcome guest at the parties that paved the way for the underground trap and hip-hop.
In 2016, he co-directed a series of nightlife events called Grensloos. These nights quickly turned into the main local hip hop evening, uniting Limburg with a shared love for trap, rap and all. But after half a dozen events, Jewels decided to part with her beloved party and start over. This new start is called Karaat (KRT) and focuses more on live performances.
