NICKI MINAJ will perform on Sunday July 14th at Les Ardentes

DJ SNAKE will perform on Thursday July 11 at Les Ardentes.

Tickets can be exchanged on request at your point of sale, or according to the procedure below if you bought your ticket via our online ticketing service. 

To exchange your ticket, go to your order via the "Manage my order" button in your confirmation email, to get to your order.

If you can't find the e-mail, you can resend it here. 

Then click on "Additional actions" and then on "Change tickets".

The system will then ask you which ticket(s) you wish to exchange. When you confirm the ticket you want to exchange, on the next page you'll see the day passes and tickets you can take in exchange.

If you've opted for 3x payment, you'll be able to request the change only after your last payment.
